It's been very helpful to use to keep track of my sales at craft fair. Originally wrote everything down when sold something. The headers of my columns I used to write down. Now that's printed on the sales sheet tracker.

I purchased a document and had trouble retrieving it. I emailed them in the evening not expecting to receive a response until the next day. I got a response and help with my issue within 30 minutes. Also, I accidentally purchased the same document twice without knowing it. They notified me and refunded me the next day. Wow. I will definitely be using them again!
