  • All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted. 
  • We are unable to accommodate printable page changes, cancellations or exchanges. We do not have the ability to combine or split orders, add discount codes.
  • All products are ready-made PDF files that are available for use immediately after checkout is completed. You are able to download the file purchased a maximum of 5 times or for 30 days whichever occurs first, however there is no limit on how many times you may print the pages.  
  • Please make sure that the product you are purchasing is exactly what you are looking for. Due to our products being delivered via instant download, products are not refundable and cannot be returned.
  • Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are satisfied with the products we provide. If for some reason there is something wrong with the product you purchased, please send us a message and we will do our best to make things right.

  • Our shipping and processing charges are always free!
  • All products sold are digital only, no physical product will be shipped.
  • Due to VAT restrictions we are unable to sell digital files outside the USA thru this website at this time. However if you are interested in one of these templates and live outside the USA we invite you to visit the Printable Pages by CJY Etsy shop at printablepagesbycjy.etsy.com . Thru Etsy you will be able to checkout, VAT will be collected, and you will still be able to download the file instantly. If you are interested in a different style of the template please feel free to message us.
