Returns, downloads, and printable support.
Because our products are digital downloads, there is no physical shipping and returns are not available. But if something is wrong with your file or download, we are always happy to help make it right.
No physical shipping
All Printable Pages by CJY products are digital files. Nothing will be mailed to you. After purchase, your printable files will be delivered electronically and can be downloaded from your order information.
Digital download delivery
Once your order is complete, you will receive access to your printable file downloads. You can save them to your device and print the pages at home or through a print shop.
No returns on digital products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

If your file will not download, something looks incorrect, or you are having trouble accessing your printable, please contact us so we can help troubleshoot the issue.

After purchasing
Download your files, save a copy to your device, and print the pages you need. Since these are digital products, you may print your purchased files for personal use.
When to contact us
Contact us if your download link is not working, the file appears damaged, you cannot access your order, or you believe there is an issue with the printable itself.
