How to access your printable files.
Your Printable Pages by CJY purchase is delivered as a digital download. Follow the steps below to find, save, and open your printable files.
Check Your Email
After purchase, check the email address used at checkout for your order confirmation and download information.
Open the Download Link
Look for the download link inside your order email and click it to access your printable file.
Save Your File
Download the file to your computer, tablet, or phone and save a copy somewhere easy to find.
Print When Ready
Open your PDF and print the pages you need at home or through your preferred print shop.
Step by Step
Downloading your printable is simple.
Most customers receive their files shortly after checkout. If you do not see your email right away, check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder.
Check the email used at checkout
Your download information will be sent to the email address entered during purchase.
Find your order or download email
Open the email related to your Printable Pages by CJY purchase and look for the download link.
Click the download link
The link should take you to a download page or begin downloading your file, depending on your browser and device.
Save the file to your device
Choose a location you can easily remember, such as your Downloads folder, Documents folder, desktop, or cloud storage.
Open your printable PDF
Once saved, open the file using a PDF reader. From there, you can view, save, and print the pages you need.
I don’t see my email
Check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder. Also make sure you are checking the same email address used at checkout.
The file is hard to find
Most downloads save to your Downloads folder unless you chose a different location. You can also search your device for the file name.
The file will not open
Make sure your device has a PDF reader installed. Most computers and mobile devices can open PDFs automatically.
