01

Open Your PDF

Find the file on your device and open it using a PDF reader.

02

Check Settings

Review paper size, page range, color settings, and scaling before printing.

03

Print a Test Page

Print one page first to make sure everything looks the way you want.

04

Print What You Need

Print the entire file or only the pages you want to use right now.

Step by Step

Printing your pages is simple.

Most Printable Pages by CJY products are PDF files designed for standard home printing. For best results, always review your printer settings before printing the full file.

1

Locate your downloaded file

Find the PDF on your device. It may be in your Downloads folder, Documents folder, desktop, or the location you selected when saving it.

2

Open the PDF

Open the file using a PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview on Mac, or the built-in PDF viewer on your device.

3

Select print

Go to File → Print, or use Ctrl + P on Windows and Command + P on Mac.

4

Choose your printer and pages

Select your printer and choose whether to print all pages or only a specific page range.

5

Review your print settings

Check your paper size, orientation, color settings, and scale. Unless otherwise noted, our printables are designed for standard US Letter size paper, which is 8.5" × 11".

6

Print one test page first

Before printing a full planner or binder, print one page to confirm the size, margins, color, and layout look right.

7

Print the rest when ready

Once your test page looks good, print the remaining pages you want to use.

Recommended scale setting

If your printer gives you scaling options, start with “Actual Size” or “100%.” If the edges are being cut off, try “Fit to Page” instead.

Print only what you need

You do not have to print the entire file. You can print a single page, a page range, or reprint pages later as needed.

Use a print shop if needed

If you do not have a printer at home, you can save your PDF and print it through a local print shop or office supply store.

Helpful Printing Notes

Paper, color, and binder tips.

Paper: Standard printer paper works well for most planning pages. Heavier paper or cardstock may work better for covers, signs, or frequently handled pages.

Color: You can print in color or grayscale depending on your preference and printer settings.

Binders: For planner and binder pages, print the pages you want, hole punch them, and add them to your preferred binder or folder.

My page is printing too small

Check your scaling setting. Try printing at “Actual Size” or “100%” instead of a reduced scale.

The edges are getting cut off

Try using “Fit to Page” or check that your printer has enough margin space for the design.

The colors look different

Colors can vary between screens and printers. Printer settings, ink levels, paper type, and monitor brightness can all affect the final result.
